Our Product Managers are passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries that address critical business problems using the latest digital technologies. You will be challenged as you will play a key role in consulting and leading low-code application implementation projects to successful completion.As a Product Manager, you will oversee our solutions lifecycle, from understanding our clients' needs to product development and testing, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth and client satisfaction.What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Graduate degree not required but a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in a business or technical role
• Ability to create high-quality presentations, models, analyses, and other deliverables, and present them to clients and upper management
• Ability to leverage attained knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions that address client's business problems
• Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development opportunities as requested
• Ability to set, manage, and meet expectations and deadlines
• Experience in designing use cases, categorizing requirements, and creating functional and requirement specifications documents
• Strong ability to develop and manage work plans to address client requests and tasks
• Experience leading small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives alike
• Hard working, self-motivated individuals comfortable handling ambiguity and able to complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
• Creative, "big picture" thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail
• "Big 4" consulting experience, product management, and/or a technical background are a plusWhat You'll Gain
