Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently drive multiple work streams in parallel, managing other analysts and cross-functional contributors (Reporting, Data Governance, Data Cleanup, Information Delivery Process Improvement)
• Identify critical information delivery gaps through a combination of interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing reporting environment
• Work with SMEs, Program Manager, Project Sponsors, and Solution Architects to design solutions for gaps
• Create and facilitate option analyses and drive decision-making with core team of key stakeholders
• Scope and prioritize implementation of specific solutions (process and technology) and carefully coordinate efforts with the broader program, within aggressive time frame
• Create and oversee creation of high quality written communications (status reports, meeting facilitation documents, business process documents, executive roadmaps)
• Serve as a key contributor to a team of IT professionals focused on Master Data Management technology, technical project delivery, day-to-day operational support, and communication of results to leadership
• Provide expertise within the MDM environment using technologies such as Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica Multi-Domain MDM
• Strong understanding of MDM, BI, ETL, and data warehousing conceptsQualifications:

  • Have worked with Informatica MDM on multiple enterprise solutions

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
  • Experience in Government, Healthcare or life science industry is highly beneficial
  • Proven understanding of software development and operations
  • Washington DC or Rockville/Bethesda MD location
