Position Summary: ISI Professional Services is looking for a junior
Construction Project Manager to provide project coordination and
management services to a DoD client. The project manager will work
to support a DOD client looking to manage minor construction and
renovation projects, typically valued between $2,500 and $5
million. Projects range from minor capital improvements and system
upgrades to tenant renovations and infrastructure lifecycle work,
and are primarily executed through IDIQ task orders, A/E design
support contracts, or government-directed small projects. The
project manager will provide a wide range of analytical and
planning, design, and construction management support services to
assist the DOD client throughout all phases of project delivery,
including site evaluations, scope development, cost estimate
preparation, and construction oversight support. This is a
growth-oriented position requiring a detail-oriented professional
with a foundational understanding of construction practices, strong
communication skills, and a commitment to supporting Government
stakeholders in a mission-critical environment. The position will
support more senior government project managers and fellow
contractor project managers, who will work as part of a larger
integrated construction program. The ability to work as a team and
work independently is critical. ISI is seeking an individual who
will be a clear communicator, takes initiative and embraces project
ownership. Essential Job Functions - Supports senior Government and
contractor project managers in the delivery of 2 to 4 concurrent
construction and renovation projects, typically valued between
$2,500 and $5 million, located within the Pentagon Reservation. -
Assists the Government in conducting site evaluations, field
surveys, and constructability and code compliance assessments by
collecting field notes, documenting conditions, and preparing draft
input for scopes of work. - Contributes to the development of
Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), draft technical
requirements, and pre-bid documentation in support of projects
procured through IDIQ task orders, A/E support contracts, or
Government-directed efforts under the direction of senior project
staff. - Tracks and maintains records related to construction
submittals, RFIs, permits, purchase requests, and contractor
invoices, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. -
Assists in the preparation and documentation of project meetings,
including progress reviews, stakeholder coordination briefings, and
pre-construction conferences. Tasks may include scheduling support,
agenda creation, note-taking, and action item follow-up. - Supports
schedule monitoring and reporting by updating project milestone
schedules and progress summaries using Microsoft Excel, FieldWire,
PlanGrid, or equivalent web-based construction management systems.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders, Pentagon tenant
representatives, and security personnel (as directed) to support
communications regarding construction impacts, access logistics,
and phased work activities within active building zones, as
directed by the project lead. - Prepares draft content for project
status reports, technical summaries, and presentation materials for
senior review and government approval. - Assists with quality
assurance walk-throughs, punch list tracking, and closeout
documentation, in coordination with senior staff and contractor
teams. Required Qualifications: - BS in Engineering, Architecture,
Construction Management with 10 years of construction experience OR
20 years of construction related specialized technical experience -
Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12
fingerprint background check). Preferred Qualifications: - Pentagon
WHS experience is highly sought after. - Experience with the
Pentagon, DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC is highly preferred. Physical

Must be required to occasionally move and lift 20-30 pounds. - Must
be able to climb, erect and maintain balance on a 30-40 pound
ladder. - Must be able to remain in a stationary computer position

per day between buildings. - Must be able to stand for extended
periods - Must be willing to work in external environments of rain,
high heat and significant cold. - Must be able navigate active
construction sites containing uneven ground, debris, and active
construction hazards such as sharp objects, electrical hazards, and
potential fall hazards. - Must be able to occasionally go into
confined spaces and crawl Work Setting/Environment/Travel
Requirements: - This job operates in active construction
environments and professional office environments. - The position
requires an eight (8)-hour workday performed between 0700 (7AM) and
1700 (5PM), Monday through Friday. employees are expected to arrive
between 0700 (7AM) and 0800 (8AM). Employees cannot depart till
after 1600 (4PM); limited flexibility in daily start and end times
