This includes assembling complete capital equipment systems that combine mechanical, electrical, motion, heating, and wiring components. You'll troubleshoot integration issues, support prototype builds, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams in a highly skilled technical environment. Skills & Experience Required Hands-on electro-mechanical experience (ideally assembly but also open to similar roles like assembly technician etc) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems Experience with complex equipment builds (industrial machinery, automation systems, etc.) Proficiency with hand tools and assembly fixtures Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401K (up to 5%), PTO - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
