Youll follow structured playbooks, manage operational steps, and escalate exceptions, all while keeping complete, auditable records. This role suits someone who thrives in structured, process-heavy environments and takes pride in getting every detail right. Key Responsibilities Execute defined workflows and SOPs with consistency Track actions and outcomes to maintain full transparency Resolve issues and escalate complex cases quickly Support system monitoring and pre/post-execution checks Carry out occasional in-person verification tasks (local travel) Who You Are Conscientious & Detail-Driven: You take pride in precision and consistency. Process-Focused: You maintain strong discipline and accuracy across structured workflows. Calm & Steady: You stay composed when managing real-time operational tasks. Tech-Literate: Youre comfortable navigating tools, platforms, and browser-based systems. Locally Based: Youre located in the Greater Philadelphia Area or New Jersey with capacity for daily local travel.
