Job Description:
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a motivated Deputy Program Manager
to join our prime contract to lead the day-to-day operations of a
DoD/IC Zero Trust effort. Job Description Leads a large information
technology, software develepment and cyber effort. Responsible for
assisting with the successful cost, schedule, and contract
performance. Needs strong communication skills to interface with
the Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Program
Manager, technical team and the Government stakeholders.
Contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost
management, schedule estimation and tracking, manage security
clearance processing, maintain program management documentation and
quality assurance activities. Ensures proper performance of tasks
necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of
the contract. Required Skills Bachelor's degree with 10 years’
experience in technical management, managing programs and contracts
of similar scope, type, and complexity. Experience conducting
requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing,
deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and
reporting. Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. PMP or
equivalent certification Experience in procurement support,
including support to the development of customer needs statements,
Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and
coordination of procurement and delivery schedules. Experience
managing large, complex teams. Ability to work inclusively with
people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of
technical experience. Experience in managing multi-task contracts
and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as
experience in leading a multi-vendor environment. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work, and
establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Experience with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
is preferred. Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation Above market
