Overview The Program Manager directs and administers all facets of
contract performance, acting as the primary authority for
day-to-day operations and the principal point of contact with the
Government. Responsibilities include managing project planning,
resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and workforce
supervision to ensure contract objectives are achieved on time and
within defined parameters. The Program Manager provides leadership,
integration, and oversight of analysts and consultants, ensuring
effective coordination and the successful delivery of Army G-8
technical, analytical, and financial support services. Essential
Job Function Serve as the primary authority on all contract-related
operational matters. Ensure availability during normal business
hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays
or facility closures). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in
engineering and/or business Specialized knowledge and expertise in
contract management (Specialized knowledge and expertise areas
include requirements definition, contract management, work
planning, control of budget, schedule, task execution personnel
management, and supervision of analyst and consultants.), and a
minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated program management
experience with project planning, execution, and performance.
Secret Clearance required. Interdisciplinary skill set of PPBE, DOD
acquisition processes and procedures (DoDI 5000.2) as well as
expertise with materiel and /or force structure requirements
development and validation (JCIDS). STI-TEC offers a competitive
