Location : Baltimore, MD Hire Type : Direct Hire Compensation

Key Responsibilities Lead and support survey crews in both field
and office environments. Manage survey equipment, schedules, and
project resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Perform
complex survey calculations and oversee data processing and quality
control. Produce and review deliverables to ensure compliance with
client requirements and industry standards. Execute a variety of
survey types, including ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys,
construction stakeouts, and FEMA Elevation Certifications.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to support
project planning, estimating, and execution. Assist with the
adoption and implementation of new technologies, including 3D
scanning, cloud data editing, and advanced survey software. Ensure
adherence to safety standards, field procedures, and best
practices. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of
experience in land surveying. Experience working with highway and
land development plans. Advanced proficiency in CAD, including
Carlson and/or InRoads. Valid driver’s license with the ability to
travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications
National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) certification or
Certified Survey Technician (CST) Level 3 or 4. Experience with
Geomatics, LiDAR, UAS, GIS, GPS, and Subsurface Utility Engineering
(SUE). Experience with Leica Infinity and 3D scanning technologies.
Strong understanding of survey standards, safety practices, and
field procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
