eager to grow with our team in McLean, VA. Responsibilities: -
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and
resolving issues promptly. - Assist customers with product
information, order processing, and account management. -
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless
customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate complex
issues to the appropriate department. - Participate in training
sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance
metrics. - Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products
and services to customers. Requirements: - High school diploma or
equivalent; college degree preferred. - Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Customer
service experience is a plus, but not required. - Proficient in
using computers and customer service software. - Positive attitude
and a willingness to learn. - Team player with strong interpersonal
skills. - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
