Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities - Job Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling trades, scheduling inspections, and managing apprentices or carpenters. - Production and Craftsmanship: Perform skilled carpentry tasks, including layout, framing, trim, cabinets, and installation, while maintaining high-quality standards. - Client Relations: Communicate daily with homeowners, addressing concerns and managing change orders. Qualifications - Experience: Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction. - Skills: Ability to read blueprints, layout work, and operate all required power tools safely. - Leadership: Strong communication, time management, and team supervision skills. - Requirements: High school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. - Ability to stand/walk for over 75% of the day, as well as climb, stoop, and crawl. - Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and high, precarious places.
