Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Construction Superintendent will manage field operations for metal fabrication and installation projects throughout the Baltimore–Washington (DC) area. This role includes attending site meetings, reviewing and implementing job safety plans, coordinating with foremen, and tracking job progress to ensure projects meet schedule and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Attend and represent Fingles Metalworks, Inc. at jobsite and coordination meetings - Review Job Safety Plans (JSP/JSA) and ensure proper implementation on site - Track job progress and maintain project schedules - Conduct pre-start meetings with foremen to review project scope, safety requirements, and daily tasks - Coordinate field crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow - Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards - Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedules - Maintain jobsite documentation and communicate updates to management - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in construction supervision or field management (metal fabrication, structural steel, or specialty trades preferred) - Experience coordinating field crews and foremen - Strong understanding of construction safety practices and jobsite management - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Ability to effectively track job schedules and project progress - Valid driver’s license Work Schedule: - Full-time position Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Company vehicle provided - Company cell phone provided - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Sick pay - Paid holidays Please learn more about us and the work we do at www.Fingles.com Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Work Location: On the road Company Description Company Overview: Fingles Metalworks, Inc. is a metal fabrication and installation company specializing in high-quality custom metal work for commercial construction projects.
