$25-30/hr. (depending on experience) Location: York, PA (Primarily
Local Work) Description: Cannonball Recruiting is seeking multiple
Paving Laborers for a paving and excavating company in York, PA.
Requirements: HS Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and
a clean driving record is required Previous asphalt paving
experience is highly desired Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, stand
for long periods of time, and work in heat and/or near hot asphalt
Communication & Problem-Solving Time Management & Productivity
Positive Attitude and self-motivated Job Duties: Responsible for
critical hands-on work, such as sealing joints and correcting mat
defects using specialized rakes Manual labor, such as shoveling
/raking/ brooming to finish edges and joints once equipment work is
complete Quality Monitoring: Constantly watches the asphalt mat for
flaws, voids, or inconsistencies and reports issues to the foreman
immediately Able to use small tools and walk behind road saw Able
to apply AC-20 on vertical edges and seal new paving joints Site
Preparation: Cleaning debris and removing obstructions before
