The Senior Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily - PA/NJ local will oversee all on-site operations for large scale ground up wood frame multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role is integral in coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors while managing the day-to-day progress of projects from inception to completion. Client Details Our client is a well-established, reputable construction management firm with projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They specialize in the development and construction of high-quality, cost-effective ground up luxury multifamily housing projects, focusing on enhancing communities by providing accessible housing options across the region. Description The Senior Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily - PA/NJ - will: Oversee daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget. Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and direction to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase of construction. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost tracking and forecasting. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications. Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, client, and subcontractors. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise and make decisions to keep the project moving forward. Provide detailed reports on progress, potential risks, and delays to senior management.
