range of commercial environments. If you know your way around VRF
systems, boilers, RTUs, and chillers — and you’re looking for a

You’ll Do: · Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R
systems including: o VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers
(steam/hydronic), unitary systems, RTUs, VFDs & more · Respond to
service calls promptly and professionally · Interpret schematics,
manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot issues · Log all service
activity using our digital CRM platform · Maintain tools, vehicles,
and safety protocols to the highest standard · Communicate clearly
with customers and colleagues alike · Collaborate with internal
teams and support peers as needed What You Bring: · 2–5 years of
experience in commercial HVAC/R or field service work · High school
diploma required; technical school or certifications preferred ·
Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills · OSHA 10 required; OSHA
30 a big plus · EPA Certification and trade licenses preferred ·
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license · Confidence
working independently and managing multiple calls per day ·
Familiarity with tools, gauges, tablets, and diagnostic tech Why
