Job Description Job Description Freestate Electric is expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Billing / AR Clerk to support our growing electrical construction operations. If you have construction billing experience and understand job costing, progress billing, and collections, we’re ready to bring you on board. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Preparing and submitting customer invoices (including progress and time & material billing) - Assisting with AIA billing and pay applications - Tracking retainage and contract billing schedules - Monitoring accounts receivable aging and following up on past-due balances - Posting payments and reconciling customer accounts - Working closely with project managers to ensure accurate billing Company Description Large, well-established construction contractor that is focused on being the best contractor in MD-VA-DC Metro area.
