Responsibilities: AR Specialist will perform invoicing for
customers (50/week) and postage entities (approximately 10/week) AR
Specialist will support as needed requests on
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - will review, check rates, do invoices and
journal entries in Sage Intacct After invoicing, AR Specialist will
prepare some mail volume reports (will use accounting system and
Excel) AR Specialist will assist colleagues with sending out
statements to external clients AR Specialist will complete ad hoc
tasks and projects, as requested Requirements: AR experience is a
must for AR Specialist role (our client is willing to train on the
GL tasks) Previous professional office experience Outlook
experience - all emails will be internal, mainly communicating with
client accounting Excel - basic formulas (VLOOKUP's and pivot
tables would be helpful but NOT required) Degree or working toward
a degree is a plus Sage Intacct experience is a plus but NOT
required Personality Fit: Quick learner during training Excellent
attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
Not afraid to ask questions Team player who will introduce themself
