Key Responsibilities: Lead finance and accounting functions across a multi-entity healthcare platform Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and a transition to Sage Intacct Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and present key financials to board stakeholders Ensure alignment across revenue cycle, procurement, payroll, and accounting functions Maintain GAAP compliance and prepare the organization for audits and future growth Qualifications: CPA or CIA required, with strong experience in healthcare finance (outpatient, ambulatory, or physician-aligned settings preferred) Demonstrated success in multi-entity financial leadership and ERP/system implementations Confident presenting to executive teams and comfortable navigating changing priorities Interviews are actively moving forward.
