Overview: As a key member of our Small Business and Tax Services
team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality financial
and tax services to a diverse client base. You’ll lead engagements,
mentor junior staff, and build lasting client relationships. This
is a growth-oriented role with clear pathways to leadership and
potential firm ownership. What You’ll Do: Lead the preparation,
compilation, and review of financial statements for businesses and
non-profits. Prepare and review complex individual, partnership,
and corporate tax returns. Conduct client consultations and provide
strategic tax planning advice. Analyze client financial records to
identify tax-saving opportunities and compliance risks. Research
and resolve complex tax and accounting issues. Participate in
internal quality control and process improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple engagements and ensure timely, high-quality
deliverables. Foster strong client relationships and contribute to
business development efforts. What We’re Looking For: Licensed CPA
with at least 5 years of public accounting experience. Strong
technical expertise in accounting and tax regulations. Proven
ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset with
a commitment to service excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office, QuickBooks, and tax preparation software. Experience with
Thomson Reuters CS Suite is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
