In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Engineering, and Production to improve cost accuracy, support financial reporting, and contribute to company-wide performance tracking. Perks & Benefits: Employee-Owned: Annual ESOP stock allocations Financial Wellness: 401k with company match performance-based bonuses Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision Work-Life Balance: 1 remote day/week flexible start times Support Programs: Tuition assistance, wellness program, and EAP Extras: Safety gear reimbursement, seniority recognition Job Details What You’ll Do: Prepare journal entries and monthly ledger reconciliations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate costs for new projects and quotes Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes Reconcile inventory (WIP, raw materials, finished goods) and perform monthly bank reconciliations Participate in monthly close, annual audits, and budgeting Assist with payroll journal entries and train to take ownership of the bi-weekly payroll process Support cycle counts and participate in physical inventory What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with Epicor or another ERP system preferred Exposure to ADP Workforce Now is a plus Strong Excel skills and attention to detail High personal integrity and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset Interested in hearing more?
