The hiring range for this role is:$150,000.00 - $200,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. The candidate's position within the range depends on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel, and organizational needs. Bonus, commission, or other compensation are at the company's discretion until paid and may be modified.Synergie Medication Collective is a new organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliates, focused on improving drug affordability and access for nearly 100 million Americans.Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Rebate Invoicing & Audit, is responsible for leading the invoicing and rebate operations team, overseeing client inquiries, and delivering value. The role involves partnering with finance and IT, driving innovation, and shaping long-term vision for invoicing processes. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders and external stakeholders to optimize client experiences and ensure alignment across initiatives.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and rebate operations, supporting invoicing issues and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support daily rebate processes.
  • Define and execute strategic vision for invoicing and rebate operations.
  • Engage with participants to address invoicing questions.
  • Lead development of strategies to enhance workstream interdependencies.
  • Deliver executive presentations on business objectives and progress.
  • Manage change management activities affecting clients.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with client relations and implementation teams on communication strategies.
  • Plan with stakeholders on project roadmaps, budgets, and schedules.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team fostering continuous growth.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related, or equivalent experience.Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in client relations, rebates, project management, or related fields.
  • Extensive healthcare or PBM industry experience.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Preferred: Client engagement, program management, and healthcare experience.Skills & Abilities
